House Rules

Quiet Hours Start at 9 PM:

As a courtesy to nearby residents, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. Noise complaints can lead to fines or even early termination of your stay. Kindly avoid using outdoor speakers or playing loud music at any time.

Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.

Let u snow if something’s wrong:

If anything gets damaged or you notice an issue during your stay, please reach out right away. We're always available and happy to help resolve it quickly.

Supplies on hand:

You’ll find extra towels, toilet paper, and cleaning items in the closets or cabinets. Need more? Just let us know and we’ll provide them.

Extra Bedding:

Additional sheets and blankets are stored in hallway or bedroom closets. If you notice any damage to linens or require more, please contact us.

Registered Guests Only:

Overnight stays are limited to guests listed on your reservation.

No Smoking Inside:

Smoking indoors is not allowed under any circumstances. Please step outside if you need to smoke.

Trash & Recycling Info:

Trash and recycling bins are located at the back of the driveway and along the side of the house. Before checking out, kindly take out all garbage and recycling. Break down any boxes before placing them in the bins. A designated person brings bins to the curb Monday evenings and returns them Tuesday.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM:

- Please begin a wash cycle with any used towels (dry if time permits).
- Leave all blankets on the beds.
- Place used linens and towels on the floor.
- Dispose of trash in the bins.
- Feel free to leave unopened food or beverages in the fridge for the cleaners to take.

Additional Cleaning Fees May Apply if:

- Excessive dishes or kitchen mess is left behind.
- Trash remains inside the house.
- Furniture is moved and not returned.
- Linens, towels, or comforters are stained.
- Pet hair is found on furniture.
- Dog waste is left anywhere on the property.

The kitchen’s fully stocked with modern appliances and all the tools you need—whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or going all out with dinner. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and Smart TVs are ready for movie nights. Central AC keeps the place cool when the beach sun heats up.

You’ll also have access to on-site laundry and a private yard to kick back and relax.

Outside, it’s all about fun. You’ve got ping pong, cornhole, mini golf, even a little gym setup. There’s a selfie wall for snapping those beach vacay pics, and we’ve got beach gear ready to go. Fire up the grill and host a chill BBQ in the fully fenced yard—it’s great for kids and pets to roam safely while the grown-ups hang out.

Guest access
You’ll have your own private space inside the home, but just a heads-up — the driveway and some of the outdoor areas are shared with the neighboring house. It’s a relaxed and friendly setup that gives you the best of both worlds: your own cozy spot, plus a chance to enjoy a little community vibe if you feel like it.
Additional notes
✨We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

✨The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

✨This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

✨A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

✨After 4 6uests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

✨Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.

✨There is a driveway for parking right outside the house but it is first come, first serve with the house next door.

There’s also a jetty that's popular with local anglers—and if you're into diving, the shipwrecks just offshore make for a pretty amazing underwater adventure.

☆And no need to worry about beach basics—lifeguards are on duty, and there are plenty of restrooms and showers scattered along the beach.
