House Rules

● Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available - please check with us in advance to confirm availability and any applicable fees. Unauthorized early check-ins will incur a $500 fee.

● Check-out is at 10:30 AM sharp. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $500 fee.

● Authorized early check-in and authorized late check-out will incur a minimum $100 fee.

● Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours.

● Excessive noise may result in fines or the cancellation of your reservation.

● Loud music is not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors. Failure to keep noise levels down during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and/or immediate removal from the property.

● Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by us ahead of time. Additional guests will incur extra charges.

● The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. We also use NoiseAware sensors both indoors and outdoors. These devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold; normal conversation won't trigger an alert.

● Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

● Any cleanup involving vomit, feces, (included pet feces), or blood will result in a $500 minimum penalty.

● Pets must be approved prior to your stay. A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets.

● The person who booked the reservation is responsible for all guests, any damages, and all incidents during the stay.

● Smart thermostats are available for your use, with temperature limits set for efficiency. Please keep windows and doors closed when using the heating or A/C.

Pool Rules:

● No lifeguard is on duty—swim at your own risk.

● No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

● The pool can be heated upon request; fees are based on current natural gas costs.

● Spa heating is always complimentary :)

● Pool heating takes up to 10 hours to reach 82°F and must be requested in advance, ideally at the time of booking. Payment must be made before heating begins. Any tampering with pool equipment will result in a $1000 fine.

Welcome to your ultimate getaway! This stylish 7-bedroom retreat is perfect for big groups looking to relax, play, or gather. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. It’s got double ovens, two sinks, and plenty of space for potluck meals. Gather around the 8-person dining table for a great meal, then head over to the arcade games or challenge your crew to billiards or ping pong.

The open concept living space, complete with super comfy leather seating, makes it easy for everyone to hang out and stay connected.

You’ll sleep like royalty in any of the cozy bedrooms in the main house:

Master Suite: King bed + twin bed + twin roll-away(sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: King bed + twin bed + twin roll-away(sleeps 5)
Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk (sleeps 3)
Living Room: Comfy sectional that doubles as sleeping space (sleeps 2)

Guest House:

Just across the veranda, the guest house provides a versatile layout that's perfect for extended families or groups of friends. This beautifully renovated stand-alone unit comfortably sleeps five and includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with a TV and futon, two bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 2)
Living Room: Futon (sleeps 1)

Game Room:

As a third private air-conditioned space, the custom game room doubles as the 7th bedroom and a lively entertainment hub. It’s a favorite spot for guests of all ages, featuring foosball, air hockey, darts, Pac-Man arcade table, and Smart TV. When it's time to wind down, two guests can get comfortable on the queen-size Murphy bed. There is also another Washer/dryer set that is conveniently available.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the pool, guest house, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Everything is yours to enjoy!

✨ We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.
✨The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
✨This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
✨Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). There is a two day minimum charge for pool heating. Spa heating is always free 🙂
✨If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
✨Hosting more than 16 guests, each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
✨Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.

Neighborhood overview
Tucked into the scenic hills of San Diego County, our neighborhood gives you the best of both worlds easy access to nature and city fun. We’re just 1.3 miles from San Diego State University and close to everything from great hiking spots to cool local eats and shopping. The area has a laid back vibe, walkable streets, and is super family friendly.

If you love the outdoors, you’re in for a treat. Mission Trails Regional Park is just a quick 5-minute drive away. It’s huge over 8,000 acres with trails, hills, and open space to explore. Lake Murray is part of the park too and it’s great for swimming, fishing, or renting a boat for the day.

Hike up Cowles Mountain, the highest point in San Diego. It’s a 3 mile round trip with killer views from the top. you can see all the way to Mexico and the ocean on a clear day! The trailhead’s only 3 miles from the house, with easy parking and restrooms nearby. Just be sure to bring water and sunscreen.

For even more sweeping views, Mount Helix is about 10 minutes away and offers another awesome hiking option.

Try La Mesa’s "Secret Stairs" in the Mt. Nebo/Windsor Hills area. It’s a great cardio boost and a fun way to explore the neighborhood. If you’ve got little ones, Harry Griffen Park is nearby too. It’s got a playground, open grassy space, and even hosts live music in the summer.

For your grocery and dining needs, Vons is just a mile away. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops (hello, Starbucks!), and stores within walking distance. Don’t miss the La Mesa Farmers Market every Friday afternoon fresh produce, local goodies, and a great community vibe.

If shopping’s your thing, check out Grossmont Center (1.6 miles) or Parkway Plaza Mall (about 6 miles away). And of course, no trip to San Diego is complete without hitting the beach! You’re about 20 minutes from beautiful spots like Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores, and Coronado. For an epic sunset, make your way to Sunset Cliffs it’s definitely camera-worthy.

You’ll also be close to all the must-see spots: breweries, wineries, Downtown San Diego, Liberty Station, Balboa Park, Old Town, SeaWorld, Seaport Village, and a bunch more all within 15 miles. There’s really something for everyone here!
Getting around
We’re close to both the I-8 and the 125, so it’s a breeze to hop in the car and explore the area. You’ll have private driveway parking for two cars, and there’s a bit of street parking if you need extra space. If you're up for a walk, Lake Murray and its scenic trails are just around the corner.
